The idea of firing teachers who have students doing bad on exams are probable candidates for removal of their current jobs. However is it likely that Teachers are really the bad instructors they are painted to be or are the students at fault for not knowing the material? Money, great teachers, and an expensive school might not be enough to motivate students if they are reluctant to learn or try.
