Alex Usher and Amy Cervenan- educationpolicy.org
According to a study back in 2005 the cheapest higher education was accesible to some countries like Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands. However out of 15 countries it was assessed that the more expensive educations were Japan, the United States, the United kingdom, and New Zealand. Perhaps the real problem to low education scores could be the fact that education is too expensive. The country focuses on the money rather than the quality of education they are supplying.
